Ingredients: rolled oats, rice bran oil, golden syrup, almonds, dark chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, dextrose, emulsifier, vanillin), rye flakes, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes (coconut and sodium metabisulfite), golden flaxseed meal, unsweetened cocoa powder, chia seeds, organic brewer's yeast, cinnamon, salt.
Allergens advice: Contains: gluten (oats, rye, brewer’s yeast), nuts (almond), sulphites. Manufactured in a kitchen that also processes nut products.
SingaporeI love ExtraNordic's lactation products! Their granola and cookies are SUPER yummy, but the lactation muesli is what boosted my supply! As a low supply mom only able to pump 60-80mls, after the lactation muesli and 4-6 cookies, I was able to pump about 90-100ml. Still not a lot to most but its a boost for me! I've tried almost EVERYTHING on the market and ExtraNordic is one of the very few products that help me. Can't wait to try more flavours!
SingaporeI haven’t actually started pumping so I can’t measure the output but these lactation granolas tastes soooo good I keep on snacking them whenever I get hungry from breastfeeding. I’m on repeat orders after the sample set :)
